Is it possible for me to have a Security Token and a Software Authenticator tied to my Square Enix account?
You cannot use both a Security Token (key ring type) and Software Authenticator simultaneously on one SQUARE ENIX account.
If you are already using a Security Token (key ring type) and wish to use a Software Authenticator, you must remove your Security Token first. Please visit the following page for more information on how to make the switch from a Security Token to a Software Authenticator:
