Is there any way for me to remove my handle from someone else's Friend List?
No. Other than asking the other person to remove you from their Friend List, there is no other method to remove yourself from their Friend List.
If you do not wish to receive any messages from a certain person, you can add them to your ignore list through the "Friend List" by selecting their name, and selecting to add them to your ignore list.
