If you have mistakenly linked your Square Enix account for FINAL FANTASY XIV to the wrong PSN account, please use this form to request assistance.
Please submit your request after thoroughly reading and agreeing to the terms listed below.
Please note that we are unable to provide assistance for this matter unless you agree to these terms.

Terms
  • Assistance can only be offered to those experiencing one of the following issues. We are unable to provide assistance for any reasons other than the ones listed below:
  • You linked your Square Enix account to the wrong PSN account.
  • You purchased the products on a different PSN account to the one that's already linked.
  • You no longer have access to the PSN account.
  • NOTE: Please contact Sony PlayStation support if you need assistance logging into your PSN account.
  • This service is offered only once per customer. We will be unable to provide assistance for any requests that are submitted after the initial service.
  • The PSN account currently linked to your Square Enix account will be changed to the new PSN account. Once a request has been received, it cannot be cancelled.
  • The product codes on the new PSN account will need to match the old PSN account. You will need to purchase the new products codes. Square Enix will not provide them. Any mismatch in product codes may result in the inability to create new service accounts or register future expansion packs.
  • A temporary Square Enix ID will be provided. Launch the FINAL FANTASY XIV client from your new PSN account and log in to the temporary Square Enix ID to register the products.
  • NOTE: The temporary Square Enix ID will automatically be suspended after three weeks.
  • Please do not purchase subscription or register any products on the temporary Square Enix ID other than what is required for the account link change. The temporary Square Enix ID will automatically be suspended after three weeks. We will not be able to provide any compensation for purchases made on it.
  • Any achievements obtained on the old PSN account will be lost and cannot be obtained again or transferred.
  • This service can take up to a week to process.
  • Please note that this is an optional service, and we may deny any request depending on the status of the Square Enix Account. If your request is denied, a response will be sent to the email address you enter on the form below.
