If you have mistakenly registered FINAL FANTASY XIV to the wrong Square Enix ID, please use this form to obtain assistance.
* Your Square Enix ID is the ID used to log in from the game's launcher.
Please submit your request after thoroughly reading and agreeing to the terms listed below.
Please note that we are unable to provide assistance for this matter unless you agree to these terms.

Terms
  • Assistance can only be offered to those experiencing one of the following issues. We are unable provide assistance for any reasons other than the ones listed below.
  • You registered the game to a service account on the wrong Square Enix ID.
  • You intended to register the game to an existing Square Enix ID, but you mistakenly registered it to a service account on a new Square Enix ID.
  • You intended to register the game to a new Square Enix ID, but you mistakenly registered it to a service account on an existing Square Enix ID.
  • We are only able to provide assistance if the account information for the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID and the intended Square Enix ID match.
  • The service account to which the game was mistakenly registered will be processed as per below according to the registration code/product code used.
  • For FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn
  • The service account to which the game was mistakenly registered will be permanently disabled during this process.
  • For FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward
  • Only the Heavensward licence which was mistakenly registered will be permanently disabled during this process. You may continue to play the contents from A Realm Reborn normally.
  • For FINAL FANTASY XIV Online
  • The service account to which the game was mistakenly registered will be permanently disabled during this process. However if this was mistakenly registered to an existing service account, then only the Heavensward licence will be permanently disabled during this process. You may continue to play the content from A Realm Reborn normally.
  • While you can normally have up to eight service accounts on a Square Enix ID, once the service account in question is permanently disabled, you will no longer to be able to use it.
  • NOTE: If you accidentally registered entitlements for multiple platforms to the service account in question, we will only remove the entitlements you request to be moved. In this case, the maximum number of service accounts to which entitlements can be added will be unchanged.
  • Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for any subscription fees that have already been paid for on the mistakenly registered Square Enix ID. We are also unable to transfer the subscription status from one account to another and you will be required to set up a subscription once the process is complete.
  • If you have registered the PlayStation®3 version, or alternatively the PlayStation®4 version of the game on the wrong Square Enix account and have only one service account, you must first unlink that Square Enix account from your Sony Entertainment Network account.
  • This service is offered only once per customer. We will be unable to provide assistance for any requests that are submitted after the initial service.
  • This service can take up to two weeks to process.
  • We may deny a request depending on the status of the subscription. If your request denied, a response will be sent to the email address you enter on your form.
