Yes, any free trial version other than Steam can upgrade the free trial to the PlayStation®5/PlayStation®4 full version. Please follow the instructions below to upgrade from the free trial:

1. Purchase the digital download from the PlayStation™Store.

2. Start the game client and log in using the SQUARE ENIX Account used during your free trial, then register the game to the service account by following the on screen prompts.
■ How to Upgrade to the full PlayStation®4 Version
1. Either purchase the digital download from the PlayStation Store, or obtain a registration code from the physical PlayStation®4 version of the game. If you purchase a physical copy, you will need to redeem the code found on an insert within the game case through the intended PlayStation™ Network account.
2. Start the game client and log in using the SQUARE ENIX Account used during your free trial, then register the game to the service account by following the on screen prompts.
