The retainers that you have most recently hired are those that come from the Retainer Service. Please refer to the hiring dates as listed on the Retainer Service menu to see which retainers are from the optional service.
*The list can be viewed in-game from the "Sort Retainers Menu" which is ordered by the date hired, with the oldest retainers at the top. Therefore, retainers starting from the third from the top are the ones from the Retainer Service.
