Is it possible to reduce the number of additional retainers during my current subscription period?

The option to change how many retainers you can hire depends on the status of your service account.

 

1) Recurring credit/debit card charge

Although you can reduce the number of additional retainers, any changes made to the number of retainer slots will not take effect until the next scheduled billing cycle has started. Refunds will not be provided for any price difference resulting from releasing a retainer before the end of the current billing cycle. The number of retainer slots you can use within the game will also remain unchanged until the next billing cycle.

 

2) Canceled Subscriptions

The subscription will terminate on the last day of the billing cycle. Therefore, if you wish to continue using the Retainer Service, you will need to reactivate your subscription and again select how many additional retainer slots you want to pay for.
