I forgot to include a character in my Home World transfer request.

If you forgot to include one or more characters in your Home World transfer request, or your characters have not successfully transferred after a few days, we can arrange an additional transfer for you once we have verified account ownership.

Follow the steps below to contact us for support:

 1) Click on the following link: https://support.na.square-enix.com/contact.php?id=5382&la=1&daxx=7 (This page is only compatible with PC browsers. Please access the URL from a PC if using a smartphone.)
 2) Log in with the SQUARE ENIX Account you used to apply for the Home World Transfer Service.
 3) After the Terms of Service and contact form appear, enter the character(s) you wish to transfer along with the required details, then click on "Next."
 4) Double check the details entered are correct and click "Submit."
