Can I buy and play the package release from other territories?

SQUARE ENIX accounts are separate for each region (Japan/North America/Europe), so it is not possible to register a registration code from a different region than the SQUARE ENIX account.

Please make sure that the region of the package matches the region of the intended SQUARE ENIX Account prior to purchasing FINAL FANTASY XIV. If you have already purchased a package for FINAL FANTASY XIV that is for the incorrect region, please contact the retailer you purchased it from for more information regarding returns, exchanges, or refunds.
