[NA] An Issue with Visa Debit Card Transactions (May 1)

Following the implementation of the new payment processor on April 23, 2024 we have been receiving reports from users that Visa Debit card transactions were not functioning properly.

Thanks to the reports from users, we were able to confirm that Visa Debit card transactions in North America are not being processed. We are working closely with our partners to address the issue and will share an update as soon as we have more information. While the issue is being addressed, affected users can utilize PayPal to purchase Crysta to handle purchases.
