Issue Regarding the STARRY POP Season Pass

Certain players experienced an issue where the STARRY POP Season Pass reset to Tier 1.
*This affected both the free and premium Season Pass.
*Items unlocked before the reset are still available for use.

PERIOD
The issue occurred from 01:00AM February 6, 2024 to 08:00AM February 17 (UTC).

ELIGIBLE PLAYERS
Players who experienced the above issue are eligible for the following compensation.

COMPENSATION DETAILS
Eligible players will receive all items from the STARRY POP Season Pass (up to and including Tier 40), in addition to a set of 15 Energy Stones.

*Items on the STARRY POP Premium Pass track will only be provided to players who purchased the Premium Pass.

COMPENSATION PERIOD
Download codes will be provided to eligible players from 01:00AM May 7, 2024 (UTC).

REQUESTING DOWNLOAD CODES
Please make your request from the in-game support menu using the following steps:

■System Menu > Options > Other > Contact > (Proceed to SQUARE ENIX Support Center website)

4. Select “Proceed to Email Support.”
Contact Email Address: Please include the e-mail address to receive the download code.
Detailed Condition: Please write, “FOAMSTARS: Season Pass Reset.”
5. Select “Next.”
