I'm unable to accept certain quests.

I don't see the "Select Magic" command that existed in the original game (ActRaiser for Super Nintendo). How do I choose magic spells?

I sometimes receive a "Traveler's Compass" or "Stone Tablet" for completing a quest. What do I use them for?
