 1) Right-click on the Windows icon, or Start menu icon, then choose, "Apps and Features."
 2) Locate "FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn" on the list, then choose "Uninstall."

■ Windows 8.1
 1) Click on the Start menu and then click "Control Panel."
 2) Click "Programs and Features," select "FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn" from the list, and then click "Uninstall."

* When uninstalling the client, FINAL FANTASY XIV data stored in the My Documents folder will not be deleted. To ensure that the uninstall process is complete, please delete all FINAL FANTASY XIV data stored in the My Documents folder as well. The folder is located in "C: → Users → [USER] → Documents → My Games → FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn."
