There are different ways you can log into the Square Enix Online Store. You can use your MEMBERS credentials, Square Enix Account (Mog Station) credentials, Facebook, or Steam to log in.

Visit https://store.na.square-enix.com to reach the Square Enix Online Store. From here, click on the Person icon on the top right of the page, then click Log In.

You will be greeted with the below to choose your preferred method of logging in. If you have MEMBERS credentials, please enter them here to log in.



If you are having difficulties logging in with your MEMBERS credentials, please attempt to reset your password using the "Can't access your account?" link at the bottom of the page. Alternatively, you can attempt to log in using a Square Enix Account (Final Fantasy XI or Final Fantasy XIV), Facebook, or Steam.

To log in with a Square Enix Account, click on the gray bar under the "Continue With" section.


 
Log in using the information you would normally use to log in to play Final Fantasy XIV or into the Mog Station to manage the account.
 
If the site asks you to fill in information, please do so and save your changes. This is creating a MEMBERS profile that will link the Square Enix Account with the Square Enix Online Store account.

(For Nickname/Username, it can be anything you like, though some nicknames could be already in use. If it helps you visualize the difference between the sites, you can use a different nickname but it is not required.)

If the website asks if you want to retrieve past purchases you may select “Yes” if you had an old Square Enix Online Store account. If the site does not let you retrieve your purchases or an error appears, we suggest contacting the Square Enix Support Center, or selecting No to continue.

Once logged in successfully, you will reach the Square Enix Online Store main page, and the Person icon on the top right will be replaced with your Nickname. Once again, this may be the same or different from the Square Enix ID.


 
If you are attempting to log into the Square Enix Online Store or MEMBERS account and the page keeps refreshing or it logs you in for one moment and then signs you out, please log in again using a different Internet Browser. If available, one we suggest is Microsoft Edge.
