Can I move my character data to another service account or SQUARE ENIX Account?

All character data is tied to the service account on which it was created. As such, we are unable to move character data to another service account or SQUARE ENIX Account.

 

If you’ve accidentally registered a license for FINAL FANTASY XIV to the incorrect SQUARE ENIX ID or service account, it may be possible to fill out a support form in order to have the error corrected.

 

If you incorrectly registered your copy of FINAL FANTASY XIV to the wrong service account, use this form:

If you incorrectly registered your copy of FINAL FANTASY XIV to a completely different SQUARE ENIX ID than the one you intended, use this form:

Please follow the steps listed on the forms. Once submitted, we will be able to determine whether or not we can assist with the issue. Please note, incorrect registration requests are a one-time service, so please be careful to register game licenses to the correct service account.
