How do I re-install the Software Authenticator app?
If you have not completed the registration process for the Software Authenticator yet, you can delete the application and re-download it to complete the re-installation.
If you have already completed the registration process, you will have to unlink the Software Authenticator app first before deleting it. For more information on how to remove your Software Token, please review this article:
