I have not received an e-mail that contains the registration password while registering my Software Token..

If you have not received an e-mail containing the registration password, please check for the following:

- Please make sure your registered e-mail address is accurate. Our e-mails are case sensitive.
- Please check your e-mail settings and make sure the e-mail was not treated as spam or trash.

In the event you have forgotten your registered e-mail address or it is no longer usable, contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center. Select ‘Additional Assistance’ below this article to contact the Support Center. Please note that you must be the actual account holder to receive assistance.
