Once the Software Token is registered to your SQUARE ENIXaccount, you will be required to enter a One-Time Password.  The One-Time Password can be obtained byopening the Software Token application on your smartphone and pressing the“Show One-Time Password” button. Please note that the One-Time Password willbecome invalid after 60 seconds.

If you wish to log in to the PlayOnline Viewer after youhave attached a Software Token, please enable the One-Time Password via ‘MemberList’ -> ‘Settings’ -> ‘Token Usage’ -> ‘Use’. Once you enable theOne-Time Password, please enter the appropriate One-Time Password upon loggingin.

If you wish to log in to the SQUARE ENIX AccountManagement System after you have attached a Software Token, simply enter theOne-Time Password in the ‘One-Time Password’ field when prompted.
