How do I create a new character after the transfer?
After logging into the Square Enix Account Management System, select FINAL FANTASY XI from "Select Service" on the left side menu, click the "List Options" button on the FINAL FANTASY XI service account (former PlayOnline ID) that has not been transferred yet. In the "Options List" page, click on the "New Option Subscription" in the "Character" row and follow the instructions displayed.

The maximum number of characters (option subscriptions) that can be subscribed to with a single service account is 16. The number of allowed subscriptions for a particular service account will also be displayed so please use it as a reference.
