I want to purchase a Square Enix Security Token and use it to log into my Square Enix Account. What do I need to do?
To use a SQUARE ENIX Security Token to log into your SQUARE ENIX Account, you will need to complete the following procedure:
1) Log on the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com). Create a SQUARE ENIX account here if you have not already done so.
2) Under "Services and Options" section, click on ‘One-Time Password’
3) Select either a Key Ring type token or a Software Token based on your preference. Choosing the Key Ring type token will begin the ordering process. A Key Ring type token is $14.99 US. You can then register the token once it has been delivered.
4) Choosing the Software Token will allow you to choose the app link for the smartphone you own, either iPhone or Android. This will then begin the registration process for the token. The Software Token is provided free of charge
5) When you are ready to register the token, select token registration for your chosen token type and accept the terms of the service agreement. Follow the prompts to complete token registration.
*Please note that once you register a Security Token to your Square Enix Account, you will be required to enter a one-time password generated by the token when logging into any service that uses a Square Enix Account.
