How to reactivate Service Account

How to Reactivate a Service Account

 

For FINAL FANTASY XI:

 

(1)  Logon the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com)

(2)  Select‘PlayOnline/Final Fantasy XI Service Accounts’.

(3)  Under‘Cancelled Service Accounts’, locate the Service Account you wish to reactivateand select ‘Reactivate Service’. Confirm the reactivation to complete theprocess.

(4)  Youwill receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.

 

For FINAL FANTASY XIV:

 

(1)  Logon the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com)

(2)  Select‘Mog Station’.

(3)  Select‘Your Account’ on top of screen.

(4)  Under‘Service Account Status’, select ‘Reactivate Service Account’ for the ServiceAccount you wish to reactivate. Confirm the reactivation to complete theprocess.

(5)  Youwill receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.
