What steps do I take if my SQUARE ENIX Security Token breaks?

Physical Token

Please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center for assistance with having the token removed to regain access to the account. You can contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center by selecting the "Additional Assistance" button located at the bottom of this article.

 

Software Token

If you have the Emergency Removal Password available, please visit the following article for instructions on performing an Emergency Removal of a Software Token:
