Forgot PlayOnline ID
You can confirm your PlayOnline ID by logging into the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com
) and selecting the ‘PlayOnline/FINAL FANTASY XI Service Accounts’ button. Your PlayOnline ID will appear below the ‘Active Service Accounts’ section. The ID will always be four capital letters followed by four numbers.
Forgot PlayOnline Password
If you have completed the SQUARE ENIX Account transfer process, you can reset the password on your own by following the steps below:
(1) Log into the SQUARE ENIX Account Management System (https://secure.square-enix.com)
(2) Select the ‘PlayOnline/FINAL FANTASY XI Service Accounts’ button
(3) Select ‘Options List’
(4) Under ‘PlayOnline ID Options’ towards the bottom of the screen, select ‘Update PlayOnline Password’
(5) Input new password and re-enter it to confirm it. Select ‘Next’ to complete the process.
