You cannot remove items from the Delivery Box or Mog Safe if your inventory is full. Furthermore, if the item is marked as rare and you are already carrying a rare item of the same type, you will be unable to remove it. Please double-check your inventory to ensure these conditions do not apply before attempting to remove items again.
