Character Reactivation Service - Restoring a deleted character

If data for a restorable character exists, you can reactive your deleted character by submitting an application through the Character Reactivation Service.

We will review the information provided in your application and perform the reactivation if restorable character data is found. You must read and agree to the Character Reactivation Service Guideline before you can submit an application. Please be aware that your application will be considered in full agreement with all applicable terms and conditions of use, including the guideline, when the application process is completed. 

- Please be aware that this service does not guarantee the successful restoration of your deleted character. There are cases in which a restorable data cannot be found even if a player is eligible for this service.

- The character reactivation process may take some time to complete.

- A character data cannot be reactivated immediately after it has been deleted.

- Your PlayOnline ID must already be transferred to a SQUARE ENIX Account.
