I accidentally had an item delivered to the wrong character.

You can cancel the delivery as long as the other player character has not yet accepted the package. To do so, speak to the delivery NPC once again. On the delivery screen, select the item that you wish to cancel the delivery for, and then select "Cancel." However, if the other player character has already accepted the item, your only recourse will be to approach the recipient directly and ask them to return the item yourself. Please make sure to confirm the spelling of the recipient's name when sending an item.
