A friend who is supposed to be online is appearing as offline in my Friend List
There are several possible reasons why a friend's handle may appear as offline in your Friend List.
- Your friend's online status is set to be displayed as invisible
- Your friend's privacy level is set to 1 or 2
- The handle associated with your player character is not registered on your friend's Friend List (or the Handle ID you are using differs from the handle that was registered)
If possible, contact your friend and ask them directly about the settings on their Friend List.
