GMs are unable to involve themselves in issues outside of the game; however, there are other out-of-game options for reporting such situations. The most effective option may be to contact the site administrator of the web-forum or BBS where the harassment is occuring, and request direct assistance from them. In cases of email or other contact harassment, check your settings for "ignore" type options which may help you block any further incoming messages. Should the harassment be of a violent nature and you fear for your life, you may wish to contact your local authorities for further assistance.
