I cannot access the software keyboard.
PlayStation 2:
Move the cursor to where you want to enter text and press the Square button, or the right mouse button. Select "Soft Key" from the pop-up menu. If the anchor is displayed, press the X button to begin entering text.
Xbox 360:
Move the cursor to where you want to enter text and press the A button.
