FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers Pre-orders and Early Access

If you have a question or problem related to Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers pre-orders or Early Access, please check the following information.


 

I did not receive / have lost my pre-order code.
If you did not yet receive / have lost your pre-order code, please contact the retailer/shop you bought the game from. If you have pre-ordered from the SE Store, your code will be sent in a separate email within an hour of purchase.

If you have ordered from the US Square Enix Store and have not received your code, please contact the Store Support.
If you have ordered from other online retailers, please contact their customer support for help with your order.

How do I redeem my pre-order code?
In order to redeem your pre-order code, please visit this website and follow the instructions.

I redeemed my pre-order code but selected the wrong platform when doing so.
In this case, please contact us directly using the button on the bottom of this page.

I redeemed my pre-order code but did not receive an early access code.
You will receive an e-mail with the early access code after redemption of the pre-order code. If you did not receive this e-mail for some reason, you can view the code by going back to the code redemption website, login in with the Square Enix account you redeemed the pre-order code, then click on "Reward List" to see your rewards. Click each entry to view your codes and further details.

When is the early access period for Final Fantasy XIV: Shadowbringers?
Early Access will start on June 28th, 2019 at 2:00 a.m. (PDT) and lasts until July 5th, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (PDT)

I want to play the Steam version.
The registration code included in the Windows version now on sale is not compatible with the Steam version of Final Fantasy XIV: Online. If you own the Steam version of the game, you will need to purchase the expansion on Steam as well.

I ordered Shadowbringers but it hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
If you ordered from the US Square Enix Store, please contact the Store Support
If you have ordered from other online retailers, please contact their customer support for help with your order.

Reminder:

- The pre-order code will expire on December 31, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. (PST).
- The pre-order code can only be redeemed once on a single FINAL FANTASY XIV service account. Once registered, the pre-order code cannot be used on a different service account. In addition, it is not possible to use the same type of pre-order code on the same service account to receive multiple bonus items.
- Once redeemed, the bonus items will be made available to all characters associated with that FINAL FANTASY XIV service account.
- The pre-order code can only be redeemed on a FINAL FANTASY XIV service account with a full product license. It may not be redeemed on a free trial or internet cafe account.
- Please do not lose the pre-order code, as a replacement cannot be issued.
- Transfer, sale (including online auction sites), and solicitation of the pre-order code is strictly prohibited, both in-game and in the real world.
