The Character Renaming Service allows users to change the name of a single character for $10.00 USD. You may access this service through "Games & Additional Services" on the Mog Station (https://www.mogstation.com).

You will not be able to use the Character Renaming Service if any of these conditions apply to your account:

- You do not have an active service account for FINAL FANTASY XIV.
- You do not have game time remaining on the service account.
- The service account to be used has been suspended, including suspensions due to a violation of the service agreement or suspicious account access.
- The account is a Free Trial account.
- Less than 24 hours have passed since last using the Character Renaming Service.
- The character selected for a name change has a pending Home World Transfer Service application.
