I'm unable to receive the in-game bonus items for the Endwalker Collector's Edition.

The in-game bonus items for Endwalker Collector's Edition will be sent to customers who have registered their registration code for the full version of the game starting from December 7, 2021 12:00 a.m. (PST) via the Moogle Delivery Service.

* If you have purchased the PlayStation®5 or PlayStation®4 version, you do not need to enter a code. Your in-game bonus items will be delivered to you starting from December 7, 2021 12:00 a.m. (PST).

If you do not receive your moogle letter, it is possible that your moogle letter box is full. Please delete any unnecessary letters to make room, then relog into the game to see if you have received the letter.

(1) You can only receive a maximum of 20 letters related to bonus, optional, and gift items which are sent as "Purchases & Rewards" letters.
(2) Please delete the letters after accepting the items from them in the "Purchases & Rewards" tab of the moogle letter box in order to free up space.
(3) Select the "Reward/Purchase Delivery Request" button at the top of the moogle letter box window and wait for a while.
* Please note that you will need to return to your Home World to receive your  moogle letter.

If the problem persists after trying the above steps, the license for the full version of the game may not have been registered correctly. Please refer to the instructions below to confirm if your account has the Collector's Edition license registered to it.

■Windows version
 1) Log in to the Mog Station with the account you want to have the in-game bonus items registered to.
 2) In the "Service Account Status" page, scroll down towards the middle of the page and confirm that there is a check mark under "Collector's Edition" in the "Endwalker" row.

■PS5/PS4 version
 1) Log in to PlayStation®Network with the PlayStation™Network account you want to have the in-game bonus items registered to.
 2) Check if "Endwalker Collector's Edition" is registered to the PS5/PS4 service list.
  Follow the steps below to check the service list:
  PlayStation®4: [Settings] -> [Account Management] -> [Account Information] -> [Service List]
  PlayStation®5: [Settings] > [Users and Accounts] > [Account] > [Payment and Subscriptions] > [Game & Apps Services]
