[Steam] How do I register FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers?

Please follow the instructions below to register your pre-order bonus and expansion codes for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers for Steam.

■ How to confirm your codes:
After pre-ordering FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers, open your Steam client, open the Library tab, right-click on FINAL FANTASY XIV and select 'View Game CD Key.' Below is a legend of the code types you may see.

Pre-order Bonus: 20-digit code with the prefix "RF4A" (* Note: All Shadowbringers Pre-order codes expired on 12-31-2019)
Shadowbringers (Standard Edition): 20-digit code with the prefix "RE4A"
Shadowbringers (Collector's Edition): 20-digit code with the prefix "RG4A"

■ How to register the expansion code:

1. Log in to the Mog Station with the intended Square Enix account.
2. Select 'Your Account'.
3. Select the service account you want to register the code on.
4. Select 'Enter Expansion Registration Code' and follow the instructions on-screen. (Note that you must have A Realm Reborn for Steam registered for the platform you are trying to redeem Shadowbringers on.)
5. Start the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online launcher through your Steam Library and log in with the intended Square Enix account.
6. Shadowbringers will be downloaded automatically.

* Note: The expansion code can only be registered to a Service Account that has a license for FINAL FANTASY XIV for Steam. Steam registration codes are incompatible with Windows registration codes.
