Optional Item Purchase FAQ

If you wish to make a purchase in the Optional Item Shop, here are some common issues and questions to keep in mind:

Please be sure to select the correct service account and/or character
Please be sure to review the service account and/or character you have selected in the “Review Payment Information” page that appears just before you complete your purchase. An incorrect purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Purchased items will be delivered via moogle letter
Items purchased from the Optional Item Shop will be delivered to you in-game via Mog Mail. If you do not receive your item, please delete any unnecessary letters to free up mail space, click the resend button, and check again after 10 minutes. Each item will be delivered separately, so you will need adequate space equal to the quantity of items you purchased.

Certain items can only be used once or sent to only a single character
Some items, such as a Phial of Fantasia, are single use items that disappear once used. Other items that are purchased on the Mog Station are service account-wide, where every character on that service account (not Square Enix Account) will receive the item. Please be mindful of the items that are only sent to a single character, and make sure that character has not already received that item before, as unique items can still be purchased multiple times from the Optional Item Shop. Please be careful of this as incorrect purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Where can I check my purchase history?
You can view your purchase history for Optional Items through the Payment History button at the top of the Mog Station. If you have not received an item and can confirm it was purchased in this purchase history list, please contact the GMs regarding the issue to have it resolved.

Can I trade items purchased on the Mog Station?
Currently, there is no way to trade items purchased on the Mog Station. You can, however, purchase Gift codes to provide to friends or family members.
