"Version checker failed" was displayed, and I could not update my version of FINAL FANTASY XIV.

If an error message such as “The version checker failed” or “Unable to update to the latest version” is displayed and the game fails to update to the latest version, please try the following depending on the error code that is displayed.

For the error string "[30410][30607][20457][410]" 
Please restart FINAL FANTASY XIV.  If the situation does not improve after restarting, please try the following.
・Delete temporary internet files.
・Do not use a proxy server or try switching to another proxy server.
・Reinstall “FINAL FANTASY XIV.”

Additionally, one of the causes could be that the cache remains on network being used.  If this is the case, once the cache clears after time has passed, the patch will go into effect normally, so please wait a while and try again at a later time.

For the error string "[30410][30607][20457][409]" 
The version cannot be updated because there is a problem with the executable file.
Please reinstall “FINAL FANTASY XIV.”

For the error string "[20458][24530][20457][410]"
A response cannot be obtained from the server due to the high amount of people attempting to access it.  Please close the application and try restarting it after waiting for a while.
