Please follow the steps below to check which platforms and licenses are enabled for FINAL FANTASY XIV on the intended service account:

 1) Log into the Mog Station (https://www.mogstation.com) with the SQUARE ENIX Account that you use to play FINAL FANTASY XIV.

* If you possess multiple service accounts, you will be taken to the service account selection screen. Please carefully navigate through the tabs and select the correct service account you intend to review, then select "Use This Service Account."

 2) From the menu on the left hand side of the screen, select "Service Account Status."

 3) At the bottom of the "Service Account Status" page, you will find the "Platform" table that shows which versions of FINAL FANTASY XIV (A Realm Reborn, Heavensward, Stormblood, Shadowbringers, and Endwalker) are enabled for which platforms (Windows®, PlayStation®5, PlayStation®4, Mac), as well as a column to note if you have the Collector's Editions registered.

A "check" symbol is displayed under platforms on which a license has been obtained.
(In the example below, the service account has the licenses for A Realm Reborn and Heavensward for the Windows platform.)

If you do not have a particular platform or expansion registered, that cell will display a "BUY" link, which will link directly to where you can purchase the expansion or upgrade.

The game is only available as a digital download, so you do not need to register a product code. The license is automatically applied when you purchase the game. However, you will still need to assign the license to a Mog Station service account by starting up FINAL FANTASY XIV and following the on-screen instructions before it will reflect on the Mog Station.

Disc Version: After registering the product code to your PlayStation®Network account, you will need to assign the license to a Mog Station service account by starting up FINAL FANTASY XIV and following the on-screen instructions before it will reflect on the Mog Station.

Digital Version: You do not need to register a product code. The license is automatically applied when you purchase the game. However, you will still need to assign the license to a Mog Station service account by starting up FINAL FANTASY XIV and following the on-screen instructions before it will reflect on the Mog Station.
