If an error is displayed when registering a gift code, please check the conditions below to make sure they don't apply:

 ・ Gift codes can only be registered once. Please check the conditions of the gift code, and confirm that it hasn't already been used.

 ・ If you've already purchased the same item once, then it may not be possible to obtain another.

 ・ A gift code consists of a 20-digit alphanumerical code beginning with RGFT, as seen below. Please ensure that the code you are entering is 20 digits and to enter the code in all capital letters.

 ・ Gift codes and item codes have a specific place within the Mog Station to enter. From the Mog Station "Service Account Dashboard" page, select "Enter Item Code" under "Registration Codes."
