Why am I unable to use the Home World Transfer Service?

The Home World Transfer Service is not available to customers if any of the following conditions apply:

 - The Square Enix Account is invalid.
 - The service account does not currently have an active subscription.
 - You have not yet created a character.
 - The service account is currently suspended for breaching the User Agreement or for security reasons.

Additionally, the character you wish to transfer may not be eligible for this service unless all of the following criteria are met:

 - Your character was created 3 or more days ago.
 - Your character is not logged into the game.
 - Your character does not belong to a Free Company / does not own a Free Company Petition / has not signed the Petition. Please leave the Free Company your character belongs to before applying for a Home World transfer.
 - Your character can not have items for sale on the Market Board.
 - Your character can not have items entrusted to the Calamity Salvager NPC.
 - Your character must first re-hire any retainer carried over from Version 1.0.
 - Your character must be logged out outside of any instanced areas.
