I didn’t receive an email confirming that my character was transferred.

The transfer confirmation will be sent to the primary email address registered to the Square Enix Account the service was purchased on. At times our email may incorrectly be placed into your spam folder. You can prevent this by placing our domain, account.square-enix.com, into your trusted domains, or be sure to check the spam folder for our email.

Please also note that it can take several days to complete Home World transfer requests, so we kindly ask for your patience until the World transfer confirmation is sent to you by e-mail.
