Users cannot restore deleted characters themselves.
If you would like to request a character restoration, please fill out a character recovery request, and we will determine if recovery is possible.
Any retainers hired by deleted characters were also deleted automatically.
If data for the deleted character/retainer cannot be found, we will not be able to restore them.
* Please note that we are unable to restore characters that were deleted in version 1.0 of FINAL FANTASY XIV.
