You can review your service and payment history (e.g. payments for monthly subscriptions) by logging into the Mog Station.

Please log in using the SQUARE ENIX ID you use to play FINAL FANTASY XIV, scroll down towards the bottom of the page, and select "Payment History."

To review payment history for optional items, please log into the FINAL FANTASY XIV Online Store and select the "View Purchase History" button from "Your Account." You can also confirm which character an optional item was purchased for from this page.

*The "Your Account" menu can be accessed by clicking your SQUARE ENIX ID which is displayed at the top right of the Online Store.
