I received an error while downloading the Software Token.

If you are having trouble downloading the Software Token, please try the following.

- Downloading of an application may come to a halt if you have a weak signal. Please make sure you have secured a good signal before you start downloading the application.

-Turn off your device for a few minutes and then turn it back on.

- Applications occasionally do not download properly if the device carries too much data. Please try deleting applications, images, and videos that are not being used and then try again.
