How do I remove the Software Token from my Square Enix account?

The Software Token can be removed through the following steps:
Service and Options > One-Time Password > Software Token Management > Removing the Software Token from Your Account

The One-Time Password will no longer be required once the Software Token is removed.

If for some reason you lose your smartphone, please go through the emergency removal process to remove the Software Token from your Square Enix account.
