If you have mistakenly linked your platform account used to play BABYLON'S FALL to the wrong SQUARE ENIX Account (SQEX account), please contact us via this form to request assistance.

Please submit your request after thoroughly reading and agreeing to the terms listed below.
Please note that we are unable to provide assistance for this matter unless you agree to these terms.

Terms

  • Assistance can only be offered to those experiencing the following issue. We are unable to provide assistance for any reasons other than the one listed below:

  • ・You linked your platform account to the wrong SQUARE ENIX Account.

  • Character data, including any purchased Garaz, on the currently linked SQEX account will no longer be available once it's unlinked. We will be unable to transfer the data, process a refund, or provide compensation for any loss of data.

  • This account unlink service is limited to once per SQUARE ENIX Account.

  • This service can take up to a week to process.

  • Once the accounts are unlinked, you will no longer be able to play BABYLON'S FALL on the unlinked platform.

  • If you only play BABYLON'S FALL on the platform you intend to unlink the currently linked SQEX account from, you will no longer be able to play BABYLON'S FALL on any platform using that SQEX account.

  • If you play BABYLON'S FALL on platforms other than the one you intend to unlink the currently linked SQEX account from, we will remove the entitlement to play on the platform you are unlinking from. By relinking your account, you will be able to resume playing with the same data.

  • The removal of the entitlement will be processed after the unlink has completed. As we cannot process your request while you are logged into BABYLON'S FALL, we will temporarily suspend access to BABYLON'S FALL. You will not be able to play BABYLON'S FALL on any platform during this time. If you are logged into the game at the time, you will be forcibly logged out.


  • Please note that this is an optional service, and we may deny any request depending on the status of the SQUARE ENIX Account. If your request is denied, a response will be sent to the email address you enter on the form below.
