This form is for receiving requests to delete an account in the event that the customer is unable to perform the account deletion on their own for MANGA UP!.

How to delete your account via the application:
If you currently have access to the MANGA UP! app, instead of using this form, please perform the account deletion by tapping on "My Page" (bottom tab), "Setting" (upper right gear icon), and then "Delete Account."


If you have uninstalled the MANGA UP! app, but have previously backed up your data through the "Back Up Data" option, we kindly ask you to reinstall the app and restore your data using the "Transfer Data" option in the "Setting" menu. Afterwards, please perform the account deletion by tapping on "My Page" (bottom tab), "Setting" (upper right gear icon), and then "Delete Account."

If there are any circumstances preventing you from being able to delete the account by using the application, please review the disclaimer below and submit a request through this form by providing the information required to locate your account.

・An account cannot be restored once it is deleted.
・Please be aware that even if a request is made using this form, we may be unable to delete the data if it is difficult to verify that you are the owner.
