・Deletion of your account is not required to stop playing DISSIDIA DUELLUM FINAL FANTASY. Please delete the application if it suits your needs.
・An account cannot be restored once it has been deleted.
・If your account is deleted, the MogPay points you owned will be deleted as well.
・In order to prevent any impersonation, you will need to provide some information to confirm your identity.
・Please be aware that even if a request is made using this form, we may be unable to delete the data if it is difficult to locate your account due to insufficient or incorrect information.
・If a request to delete your account is made using this form, data associated with the account will be deleted as well.
 However, the data below will not be deleted.

・If your account is linked to a service, back-up data can no longer be deleted if the account is deleted.
 Before requesting to have your account deleted, please remove any link to a service.
 After logging into the game, you can remove the link yourself by going to [Settings] (the gear icon on the top-right of the screen) > [Secure Save Data].
・If you are using Android, Google Play Games data will not be deleted even if your account is deleted.
 Customers will be required to delete Google Play Games data on their own.

・Once we have confirmed the information required to locate your account, we will delete the account within 15 business days.
・After the account is deleted, we will send a notification to the e-mail address entered when the deletion request was made to let you know that the account has been deleted.
・After the account has been deleted, please uninstall the application yourself if it suits your needs.
・If you have your e-mail set up to receive e-mails only from specific domains, please set it up so that e-mails from “support_na_cs@square-enix.com” can be received.
