“Hanging Garden” is an official source of game-related announcements, and is meant to encourage community building and to facilitate communication among players by providing tools for leaving comments in places such as Forum and submitting opinions to improve the game. Proper Use of “Hanging Garden” Website

Upon using any of communication tools provided on “Hanging Garden”, please consider whether the content you post could be offensive or slanderous to others or may be in violation of the BABYLON’S FALL User Agreement or these guidelines. When communicating online, nuance can be lost, comments can be misconstrued, and simple misunderstandings may quickly grow out of hand. So please be sure to take extra care and consideration when dealing with your fellow players.

Prohibited Behavior

Behavior that falls into the following categories is strictly prohibited and may result, without prior notice, in Square Enix taking action including, but not limited to: editing, deleting, locking, or moving the content in question, restricting usage of “Hanging Garden,” revoking BABYLON’S FALL user status, or banning the Square Enix Account associated with the content.

Posting content that violates the BABYLON’S FALL User Agreement
Posting content that is off-topic or does not follow the theme of the category or thread
Posting “spam,” blank posts, and posts otherwise devoid of content
Making multiple posts containing the same content
Taking any other actions that are deemed inappropriate by Square Enix in our sole discretion.

Objectives of the Forum

The purpose of the Forum is to improve the BABYLON'S FALL game and gameplay, to provide information and announcements from the development and management team, to report opinions and requests from players, and to provide a place for players to communicate with each other. Individual categories are provided to deal with specific topics. Please use the appropriate category for each respective topic.

Ensuring that you use the Forum correctly and comfortably

As mentioned above, the Forum is a place for players to communicate with each other. On the Forum, as in any real-world community, players are responsible for their own actions. There is more potential for misunderstanding than in a real-world community, because you can only express your opinions in writing. Please carefully consider whether your comments are offensive, defamatory or in breach of any other of the Terms of Service before you make them.

We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend your BABYLON'S FALL service account for any violation in the forum of the BABYLON'S FALL Terms of Service or these Guidelines. Should this happen, please understand that as well as not being able to access the forum, you will not be able to play BABYLON'S FALL itself.

Prohibitions in the Forum

When using the Forum, the following actions are prohibited. In the event of any of the following, we reserve the right to take action without notice, including, but not limited to, editing or deletion of the posted content, and temporary or permanent suspension of your BABYLON'S FALL service account.

• Posting content that is not in keeping with the theme of the category or thread.
• Posting material that deviates from topics concerning BABYLON'S FALL and does not contribute to the purpose of the forum.
• Posting a series of empty letters or spaces.
• Posting the same content multiple times.
• Criminal actions or actions related thereto.
• Discrimination against another member or third party (including organizing groups within the forum to incite discrimination), insult or slander, defamation of the reputation or credibility of others, acts of harassment (acts that we deem to cause mental distress by attacking a specific person or group), or any other defamatory or aggressive behavior towards a particular individual or group.
• The use of language which is considered objectionable in terms of public order and morals.
• Expressions that constitute racial, ethnic, religious, or gender discrimination, expressions that defame others, obscene expressions, or expressions of real-world propaganda or political activities made to third parties.
• Any commercial, sales or missionary activities.
• Violation of the Japanese Anti-Stalking Act.
• Posting of personal or personally identifiable information.
• Anti-social or anti-moral behavior that may have a negative impact on others.
• Impersonating a third party or taking actions that might be mistaken as the actions of another.
• Reproducing, duplicating, altering, supplementing, changing, or other secondary use of all or part of the software and data used or provided in this forum.
• Any action that is detrimental to Square Enix, this forum or BABYLON'S FALL.
• Posting material intended to disrupt the operation or gameplay of BABYLON'S FALL.
• Interfering with or disrupting the operation of this forum or the use of this forum by others.
• Any postings aimed at denouncing or criticizing Square Enix employees or specific individuals.
• Infringement of the property rights, intellectual property rights (including copyright, trademark rights and all other intellectual property rights), honor, trust, privacy or other rights of Square Enix, other users or other third parties.
• Any action that interferes with or may interfere with the operation of the forum.
• Matters prohibited under the BABYLON'S FALL Terms of Service.
• Any other actions that we deem inappropriate.
