Regarding Game Start-up Connection Issue (Nov. 6)
Thank you for playing Deadman’s Cross.
We have confirmed that, between Oct. 23 to Nov. 6, there was an issue wherein network connection errors would occur on certain devices when trying to newly download the app or perform a data update, thus preventing play.
We are pleased to announce that the issue has been resolved, and the game may be played as normal.
We are looking into providing compensation for this issue, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
