[Important] Server Equipment Issue (Oct.15)

On Oct. 13, 2015, during the maintenance for the new event addition, we experienced issues with our server equipment, causing users playing in certain game environments to be unable to properly download game data. As a result, we swapped out server equipment, and the issue is now resolved. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.

◆For players still unable to play
As a result of swapping out server equipment, game data is now sent from a new host. Depending on your device's environment, it may take some time before your device recognizes the new host. If you are still receiving an error and are unable to play, please try the following:
・Wait 1 to a few hours and try again
・Try changing your device's connection type to Wi-Fi or 4G/3G.

The above may resolve the issue.
However, if the issue still persists, please try reinstalling the app:
1. Delete the “Guardian Cross” app from your device.
2. Turn the power off on your device, then turn it back on.
3. Reinstall the “Guardian Cross” app from the App Store.

◆ Regarding Compensation
As an apology, we will be sending 2 Special Hunt Permits to all users. Compensation is scheduled to take place after the maintenance for the addition of the Oct. 19 event.
