Android Version Software Token Updated – Version 1.6.3 (Jul. 25)
The Android version of the SQUARE ENIX Software Token has been updated to version 1.6.3, which is compatible with the upcoming release of the Android Q operating system.
When updating to Android Q, Software Token versions 1.6.2 and older will no longer be valid and will need to be reinstalled and reset using the Emergency Removal Password.
* If you have misplaced the Emergency Removal Password, please contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center. The Software Token will be removed upon verification of account ownership. Please note that you will not be able to log in until the Software Token has been removed.
We kindly ask that the SQUARE ENIX Software Token be updated to the 1.6.3 version in advance in order to prevent any issues that may occur.
